Wet and abused... This world is cruel...

______P.O.V.

"Why,why?What did I do wrong?So why?"I thought. Here I am a 4 month year old kitten in an

alleyway taking shelter under a box from the cold pouring rain. My previous owner treated

me like dirt and abandoned me too. Now all I feel like is crying. All the weight of

exhaustion and hunger must have tooken a huge toll on me. I lay my small head and body on

the hard cardboard. Tears start to form in my (e/c) eyes. Soon tears drop from my face as

I mew softly like a baby crying. I can hear the splashing of footsteps on the puddles.

Then I heard an unfamiliar voice."That stupid frog, that annoying American. And those

other bloddy Wankers!" I then saw a figure cross my sight of view. Some how it noticed my

cries. The figure walks over to the box I'm in and kneels down to its level. It started

to uncover the box and saw me. I saw a man with beautiful green eyes, messy blonde

hair,and thick eyebrows. "You poor kitten," he says calmly. He then lowers his hand

towards me. Scared, I back away abit. "Don't worry love, I won't hurt you,"He smiled. It

was a warm and bright smile. So he gently strokes my (h/c)fur. It was a gentle touch. I

had never felt a touch this gentle before. He then carries me out of the box and uses his

dark green umbrella to cover us from the rain. He puts me by his chest and starts

stroking my (h/c)fur again." His chest is so warm," I thought. Then I start mewing again

because of my hunger and exhaustion. He seemed to understand. " Don't worry love, England

will always be here for you,"he reassured me before he gingerly kissed my forehead. I

felt a blush crept up my cheeks. Now he walked away from the alleyway with me warm in his

hands."I think I could trust England. He was very kind and gentle to me," I thought.


England's P.O.V.


"Sigh..." I was walking home from the World Summit. I'd been really enraged."That stupid

frog, that annoying American. And those other bloody Wankers!," I yell. Soon I hear a

faint mewing. I turn my body completely to the direction of the sound and face a box.I

walk to it and kneel on one knee to its level. When I uncovered the box I saw an adorable

kitten with (h/c)fur and (e/c)eyes. Though it was underweight."You poor kitten,"I say. Im

lowered my hand towards the kitten but it backed away."It must be scared,"I thought."Dont

worry love,I wont hurt you,"I smiled. I then gently stroke its soft fur.Then I take it

out of the box and I use my dark green umbrella to protect us from the rain. I put it by

my chest to warm it and stroke its fur again. The kitten starts mewing again."I

understand, you must be in pain,"I thought."Don't worry love,England will always be here

for you,"I say before I gingerly kiss the kitten's head.I now walk away to home with the

kitten in my hands."I feel a bond with this kitten, as if it was meant to be,"I thought
